A full body workout that challenges your cardio, balance, coordination and strength. All the fun of Barre fused with fun!

Core Cult (44mins)
A high energy sweaty class. Using just body weight and Tabata style training to challenge strength and cardio. Trainers advised.

A strong vinyasa flow peppered with Barre activating and strengthening exercises.

Core Cult Strength (54 mins)
A strong functional fitness based session.

10 Day Challenge Day 5 Yin and Yang Yoga (50mins)
A class of two halves, a deep strong yoga flow, followed by some even deeper longer stretching to develop flexibility.

Dynamic Barre (41mins)
A fast paced Barre class that will keep you moving throughout, intense and sweaty!
