January Boost Challenge

A fusion of workout styles to target all areas of the body. Workout A is always cardio and functional strength. Workout B is cardio and Barre style strength and conditioning. Workout C is about mobility and lengthening flow with a yoga fusion class. These workout can be done spread over a week, (so 3 workouts each week), or back to back and twice in the same week (A, B, C, A, B, C).

Equipment To Gather
Mat, Light Weights, One Heavy Weight, Loop Resistance Band, Ball, Yoga Blocks.
