January Boost Challenge
A fusion of workout styles to target all areas of the body. Workout A is always cardio and functional strength. Workout B is cardio and Barre style strength and conditioning. Workout C is about mobility and lengthening flow with a yoga fusion class. These workout can be done spread over a week, (so 3 workouts each week), or back to back and twice in the same week (A, B, C, A, B, C).
Equipment To Gather
Mat, Light Weights, One Heavy Weight, Loop Resistance Band, Ball, Yoga Blocks.

A fast paced heart raising start to the class, followed by a classic circuit style strength and conditioning.

January Challenge Week 2 Workout A Cardio and Barre (34mins)
A short and effective cardio boost followed by some Barre style strength and conditioning. This class uses a wall, ball and loop resistance band enjoy!

A full body total bodyweight workout, that challenges your cardio and strength. You can add weights to this to make it more challenging!

January Challenge Week 2 Workout C Yoga Fusion (36mins)
A yoga fusion flow that will invigorate and challenge your mobility, flexibility and balance.
No props needed except a couple of yoga blocks for balance if you are new to yoga. -
January Challenge Week 3 Workout A Barre & Cardio (30mins)
This class will get your heart rate high whilst infusing elements of strengthening and toning.

A full body workout that uses circuits to build up cardio and strength.
Equipment: Heavy weight 5-16kg, Mat.

A yoga fusion class that challenges your core strength in particular!

January Challenge Week 4 Workout A Functional Strength (41mins)
A combination of a cardio start, that flows into a functional strength class that will fly by!
Equipment: Stool/chair, one heavy weight 5-16kg, mat.

January Challenge week 4 Workout B Cardio & Barre (40mins)
A class that fuses Barre with energetic cardio bursts. Total body strength and conditioning high reps, low weights.
Equipment: Light Weights (1-2kg), Mat.

January Challenge Week 4 Workout C Flexibility and Balance. (27mins)
A yoga fusion class, that uses blocks to work deeper into range of motion, challenges ankle and foot stability. A little bit of mobility and a lovely deep stretch.
