Core Cult

A strong total body workout. Will challenge your body from top to toe. Trainers are advised but can be done barefoot just make sure your work area is clear of toe stubbing objects! Combines the best of Circuits, Tabata, Barre, Pilates, Yoga and Functional Fitness. All abilities welcome as modifications given.

  • Spring Awakening Week 3 Workout A Fusion (45mins)

    This workout begins with a banded circuit, followed by dynamic and mobilising total body movements that uses heavy dumbbells. Ending in a circuit that adds leg weights for extra spice to challenge your glutes and core!

  • Spring Awakening Week Two Workout A Fusion (43mins)

    A full body class, that strengthens and tones your entire body, with particular attention to your core.

    Equipment: Mat, Heavy DBs 2-5kg, Loop Band, Pilates Ball.

  • Summer Challenge Weeks 7 & 8 Workout 2 Strength

    Core Cult Strength
    Functional range of motion and circuit style fitness.
    Equipment: Mat, Heavy Weight, Chair.

  • Summer Challenge Weeks 7 & 8 Workout 5 Strength

    Core Cult Strength
    Functional training circuit style with a spicy glute and abdominal isolation.
    Equipment: Mat, 2 sets of heavier weights.

  • Core Cult Strength (36mins)

    A full body workout, using elevation, instability, and loading to strengthen and tone. This focuses on single leg work, and has a killer core section.
    Equipment: Two yoga blocks, one large heavy weight 5-12kg.

  • Short Workout Total Body (22mins)

    A flowing and challenging short workout using just one heavy weight 2-8kg.

  • Core Cult 22: Strength 38mins!

    A circuit style resistance class, that then isolates the glutes and core.
    Equipment: Mat, Heavy Weight, Loop Band, 2 Yoga Blocks.
    Trainers advised.

  • Core Cult 21: Low Impact Cardio 36mins

    This class will challenge you from head to toe in just over 30mins. A great way to add some cardio into your week. Bodyweight workout, no equipment needed.
