A strong total body workout. Will challenge your body from top to toe. Trainers are advised but can be done barefoot just make sure your work area is clear of toe stubbing objects! Combines the best of Circuits, Tabata, Barre, Pilates, Yoga and Functional Fitness. All abilities welcome as modifications given.
