Barre Cardio

This is another way of sneaking in some cardio into a total body workout, with low impact movements. Think of it as interval training, moving throughout keeping the level at medium intensity, to get a nice sweat going!

Barre Yoga Fusion

Give your body a change to realign and lengthen the muscles. This class is a culmination of flowing yoga sequences, mobility, flexibility, and a peppering of Pilates/Barre inspired movements, for a little deeper activation.

Core Cult

This format brings together cardio and strength training. So we lift a little heavier, and work on some intense strengthening body weight moves, with anaerobic bursts to increase cardiovascular health.

Barre

Which is there to lengthen, increase flexibility, mobility, core and that end range strength we struggle to find. Those isometric bursts develop endurance in the muscle, and tiny movements activate the stabilisers in the body. Great for people who want to protect joints, sculpt the body and improve posture. Think of it as Pilates on speed!
