A workout series design to strengthen, sculpt, improve balance, posture, flexibility and your cardio!
Something to keep you focused and energised as we slink into the summer months!
24 workouts in total.
Weeks 1 & 2
Weeks 3 & 4
Weeks 5 & 6
Weeks 7 & 8
6 workouts released every two weeks, to be repeated in the second week.
2 x Barre, 2 x Strength Core Cult, 1 x Cardio and 1 x Stretch.

Equipment Needed: Loop Band, Long Theraband, Chair, Light Weights, Heavy Weight, Ball.
